The Ouimet Fund hosted its 22nd annual Investing in Lifetimes Reception on June 11 at Wellesley Country Club, celebrating the special connection between our generous Donors and exceptional Ouimet Scholars.
This special evening not only gives our Scholars the chance to meet and thank the creators of more than 200 Named Endowed Scholarships, but also allows Donors to see firsthand the lasting impact of their investment in education and opportunity.
The event fosters meaningful connections and brings to life the mission of the Named Endowed Scholarship program.
Attendees heard an inspirational message from recent Holy Cross graduate Seamus Burke ’25 about what working in golf and The Fund have given to him. Tim Lynch O.D. ’96, who completed the 2025 Boston Marathon to raise money for Ouimet Scholars, accepted The Fund’s Robert P. McDonald Alumni Award.
The event closed with a panel discussion on the LPGA’s FM Championship, featuring Patrick Healy from the LPGA Tour, Beth DuBuque from FM, and 2024 FM Championship participant Alison Walshe from The Fund’s Board of Directors.
