We will not obtain personal/identifying information about you unless you choose to submit it to us. If you supply personal, identifying information (such as name, address or telephone numbers) for various purposes, we only use the information to provide the service or information you have requested.
Certain applications on the Ouimet Fund website may require donors (including users) to register or to provide personal information in order to make a commerce transaction, or to subscribe to a newsletter. Such personal information is not traded, shared or sold to anyone else, nor does the Ouimet Fund send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to both online and offline donors. Entry of such information is optional and if you choose not to enter such information, you can successfully use these applications.
If you provide your email address, mailing address or opt in to the mobile information list, the Ouimet Fund may periodically contact you with special offers, updated information, and new services. Any emails/mailings/mobile messages sent to you by the Ouimet Fund offer you the option to be removed from the email/mailing/mobile mailing list.
Visitors may subscribe to our electronic newsletter by providing their names and addresses to the Ouimet Fund. If you provide the Ouimet Fund with your mailing address or telephone number, the Ouimet Fund, in addition to providing you with the Ouimet Fund newsletter, may also use this information to alert you to updated information and new services. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, you may do so by contacting the Ouimet Fund directly (see the ‘Contact Us’ page).
The Ouimet Fund will protect any personal financial information that you share with us. If you make a donation, we will use your credit card number only to process your donation and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our Web server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.
