What You Will be Doing
Join the Titleist team as a Summer Golf Ball Fitting Intern and play a key role in delivering the #1 Ball in Golf to players across the U.S. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll travel to key markets, engaging with golfers and retail partners to provide an exceptional Titleist experience. Throughout the internship, you’ll educate and fit players using advanced tools like the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting App and Trackman, support and train golf shop staff with product knowledge and merchandising and collaborate closely with local Sales Reps and Regional Fitters. If you’re passionate about golf, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to hit the road with your own vehicle, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on the game.
What You Will Bring:
- Must be enrolled full time in a 2 or 4 year university program or entering a Master’s degree program
- Knowledge of the game of golf is strongly preferred

TIMS Medical
TIMS Medical Trade-In Sales Manager
Foresight Imaging’s TIMS Medical division designs and markets finished medical device products for medical video applications. These include modified barium swallow studies, FEES studies, and endoscopy (ENT, GI, & surgical imaging). We provide video recording, video editing, graphic telestration, scoring, notes, reporting, and DICOM connectivity to PACS, VNA, enterprise imaging, and EMRs. We seek highly talented and motivated people to join our dynamic team.
We currently have an opening for a Trade-In Sales Manager who will be directly responsible for a territory and work as part of the Trade-In Team to maximize trade in and associated business from our current customer base. You will report directly to the Director of Trade-In & Upgrade Sales and work on the team with other Trade-In Sales Manager. You will effectively mine the installed base of customers that have been using our products for 3-5 years or more to sell to them our latest and greatest hardware and software platforms. You must be able to communicate efficiently and persuasively with a large assortment of people throughout the day. You must be focused and be able to deliver massive action each and every business day to attain your sales objectives. This involves a minimum of 25 phone calls, 25 emails, and multiple online meetings each and every business day. You must have the technical aptitude to learn and demonstrate our clinical and technical medical imaging products. You need to be able to handle rejection well, not take it personally, be persistent, and move on to the next prospect energetically. You must be a confident person and like to win. A lot.
You will identify and convert the proper contacts at these accounts as they may have changed during the first few years of product use. You will grow existing accounts by selling additional software licenses based upon the enhanced value of our product upgrades. You are expected to always meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for your territory and contribute to the team effort in meeting or exceeding the Trade-In Team goals. As you identify cross-selling opportunities for other TIMS Medical products, you will help deliver those to the appropriate Regional Sales Director.
We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual with 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably with technical medical imaging products. Candidates must have excellent communication and writing skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with other team members, have a history of massive action and exceeding sales forecasts, and have experience working with multi-unit, enterprise, and cross-disciplinary selling.
You will own a territory and be fully responsible for its sales quota. You must be willing and able to make many phone calls and emails per day to network and develop new contacts as well as work your way through the enterprise effectively. You must develop a technical sales knowledge of the Products and be able to demonstrate them effectively. You will also have a quota of online demos to make in your territory each week as that is the key to advancing sales in this business.
Responsibilities include:
• Prospect development via phone, email, & web (LinkedIn, social, etc.)
• Lead and customer selling from database of prospects and current customers
• CRM database management, maintenance, entering, and report generation (experience with SalesLogix helpful)
• Working with end user hospitals and hospital groups to sell TIMS Medical products
• Direct reporting to the Director of Trade In & Upgrade Sales
• Meeting or exceeding your sales quota
• Ability to demonstrate a technical product online via online meeting & in person (with training)
• Periodic travel into your territory for demonstrations (about 10%)
Skills & experience
• College degree
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience
• Experience with CRM products (SalesLogix a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Demonstrated skills as a team player
• Ability to cope with a fluctuating and demanding workload
• Ability to learn technical products quickly
• Ability to adapt to new and changing job tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven track record in working effectively with sales and marketing teams
• Good analytical skills
• Skilled with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint

50% base salary & 50% commission

Bay Eye Center | Optometry Mentorship
Thanks to Ouimet Alumnus Dr. Timothy Lynch, Scholars can engage in a mentoring opportunity to learn about both the business side and career side of being an optometrist. Dr. Lynch is owner and optometrist at Bay Eye Center. He provides primary eye care including detection and treatment of eye diseases, as well as fittings for contact lenses and glasses. Additionally, through his volunteer work internationally, Dr. Lynch has provided eye care and glasses to thousands of underserved individuals.
