Running Boston for The Fund
The Ouimet Fund is proud to partner with dedicated supporters who turn miles into meaningful impact through endurance fundraising events. Through our longstanding relationships with the Boston Marathon and the Falmouth Road Race charity programs, Team Ouimet runners challenge themselves on some of the world’s most iconic courses, all in support of Ouimet Scholars pursuing their education.
Meet the 2026 Boston Marathon team representing Ouimet below. Inspired to take on the challenge with us? We would love to have you join Team Ouimet for a future race. Reach out to KellieC@ouimet.org to learn more.

I come from a family that has grown up playing golf across Massachusetts, particularly at Dedham Country and Polo Club. Over the years, my family and I have admired the incredible work of the Ouimet Fund and the opportunities it provides for young students working at Massachusetts golf courses.
I see firsthand the dedication it takes. My younger brother is often up at the crack of dawn, caddying in Dedham and Brookline. Experiences like his remind me of the value of working in golf and how it teaches important skills, builds character, and opens doors for young people to pursue their dreams.
The Ouimet Fund makes college possible for students who might not have thought it attainable, rewarding countless young individuals for their hard work and dedication. I truly believe Ouimet strengthens not only the academic futures of these students but also the fabric of the golf community itself. I am honored and excited for the opportunity to represent and run for the Fund in 2026!

I’m running the Boston Marathon and raising money for the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund because I’ve had a front-row seat my entire life to the extraordinary impact this organization has on young people and their families. I’ve seen firsthand how The Fund opens doors, eases financial burdens, and transforms futures for those who serve the game of golf, and it’s inspired me to give back in the most meaningful way I can.
Training for the marathon is a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the hard work Ouimet Scholars put in every day, and knowing that each mile supports their opportunity to pursue an education motivates me to keep pushing. This effort is personal to me, and I’m proud to run on behalf of a cause that changes lives.
Thank you for your support!

I am honored to run for Team Ouimet. As a special education teacher I feel extremely passionate about education. All students should have access to affordable education to further their academic careers. The Ouimet Fund makes college accessible to many college students.
While working at The Country Club in Brookline I have seen the impact this scholarship has made on my peers. It creates opportunities for students to make connections, further their education while making an impact on their golf course. I am excited to help impact young students lives by fundraising for the Ouimet Fund.
