Fundraising Commitment

I understand that, if selected:

I agree to collect my “Minimum Fundraising Commitment” by September 30, 2026, to support the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund as part of Team Ouimet 2026.


Cancellation Policy

I understand that, if selected:

I may cancel my participation with Team Ouimet for the 2026 Falmouth Road Race, waiving my responsibility for the fundraising minimum stated above, any time on or before June 15, 2026, by contacting the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund in writing.

After June 15, 2026, I am solely responsible for raising or personally donating the “Minimum Fundraising Commitment,” even if, for any reason, including injury, I am unable to run in the 2026 Falmouth Road Race.


I agree that, if selected:

I will not begin the race before the official start time.

I will not compete in a manner which, in the judgment of the race officials, interferes with race operations or other participants.

I will not reproduce or transfer my official bib number.


I will not hold the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund responsible for injury or death related to training for or participating in the Falmouth Road Race as part of Team Ouimet.
