The Ouimet Fund is remembering Larry Brezner who died October 5 in Duarte, California.  Mr. Brezner was 73 years old and a very prominent talent agent and Hollywood producer whose movie credits include producing The Greatest Game Ever Played in addition to Good Morning Vietnam and other popular films.  He also “discovered” and managed outstanding comedic stars including Robin Williams and Billy Crystal.

“Larry Brezner was the lead producer on GGEP, working with Disney, Mark Frost, Bill Paxton, Shia LaBeouf and a great team.  He knew a good story or future star and knew how to bring things along.  Larry visited the Ouimet Fund and Museum in researching the story and was very dedicated to bringing the story of Francis Ouimet to the big screen.  We will always be grateful for what he did,” said Ouimet Executive Director Bob Donovan.
