Application Info & Qualifications

Contact Marion Mackerwicz at the Ouimet Fund office 774.430.9090 in mid-Summer to be put on an application mailing list for awards for the following school year. Application packages are mailed in mid-Summer. Applicants must submit recommendations from a guidance counselor and three club officials, complete an essay, be interviewed, and submit official grade transcripts and various official (FAFSA & CSS/Profile) financial data.

Scholarship applicants must complete the form below and send the form to the Ouimet Fund to be considered for an application. Only eligible applicants will be admitted into the application process.

Scholarship applicants must provide this form to The Fund one year in advance of the academic year in which they are seeking a scholarship, i.e. August 2004 for the Fall 2005 semester.

If you are eligible, an application will be sent to you in mid-Summer and must be completed by December 1.
