Established in 2001, this award has been created by the membership of the Hyannisport Club and is for a Ouimet Scholar from that club. The award has been funded by a donation program among the Hyannisport membership, and by the proceeds of the Hyannisport Club Memorial Invitational Tournament.
This year’s winner is Tucker Dooley, a sophomore at Central Connecticut State University who is majoring in Business with a 3.0 GPA. He worked at Hyannisport as a caddie for seven years. He plays on the golf team at Central Connecticut, and after graduation would like to obtain a job in business.
